Ascendea is a business coaching and advisory company built around the Ascend Codes. We help owners of established service-based businesses improve Revenue, Profit, Systems and Leadership through four levels of support: the Academy, Workshop, Coaching and Consultancy.
What makes Ascendea different is the one thing the wedge says out loud: your business should outperform you. Most consultancies won't say that, because most consulting makes the business more dependent on outside help, not less. We work the other way.

Built out of twenty years of operating, not designed in a room.
Ascend wasn't designed in theory. It was built out of twenty years of operating, five businesses built and sold, and 78 businesses worked with. What's next

The book, Ascend, is being written. The Academy is being built, to bring the system to owners earlier than $2M. The consultancy stays deliberately small, because the work is real and a real engagement needs real time. Ascendea is built to grow without becoming the thing it tells owners not to build: a business that can't outperform the person who started it.
