What this is

AI is a useful tool for parts of our work. It's not the work. This page sets out where we use it and where we don't.

Where we use AI

We use AI as a drafting and research aid. Documents, articles, and analyses produced for this site, and for client work, may be drafted with AI assistance, the same way any modern operator uses spreadsheets, search, and analytics. Every piece is edited and signed off by a human, and the substance is the operator's, not the model's.

Where we don't use AI

We don't pass off AI-generated content as a person's lived experience. Claims about Troy's experience and client outcomes are reviewed before publication. Where confidentiality permits, context and limitations are provided on the Results page. The voice of the site remains the operator's voice, even when AI helped draft a paragraph.

Client data

We never put confidential client data into public AI tools. The Connector Layer and any AI used in engagements run on private, client-isolated configurations.
