What we collect

When you complete the Business Diagnostic, fill in a form, or join a waitlist, we collect the information you provide. This can include your name, email, business details, message, commercial profile and diagnostic answers. We also use Google Analytics to understand page views, device information, approximate location, referrers and actions taken on the site. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers.

What we do with it

We use the information you provide to calculate, display, store and email your diagnostic result, prepare a diagnostic review if you book one, manage waitlists, respond to enquiries and operate or improve Ascendea. Diagnostic emails are transactional. Completing the diagnostic does not by itself add you to a general marketing sequence. A booking made through the HighLevel calendar is processed by that service. We use service providers such as Supabase, Vercel, Google Analytics and HighLevel to operate the website. We do not sell or rent your information.

How long we keep it

Website enquiry and diagnostic records are scheduled for deletion after 24 months unless there is a legitimate reason to retain them for longer. Browser-based diagnostic comparison data stays on your device until you clear it. You can ask us to remove your information by emailing troy@ascendea.co if you want your data removed.

Cookies

The site uses browser storage to remember diagnostic progress and previous results on the same device. Google Analytics may set analytics cookies. Ascendea does not currently use third-party advertising pixels.
