What we collect

When you take the Scorecard, fill in a form, or subscribe, we collect the information you give us, your name, your email, your business name, and the answers you provide. We collect basic, anonymised site analytics (page views, country, referrer) through a privacy-light analytics tool that does not use third-party tracking cookies.

What we do with it

We use the information you give us to send you the things you asked for (the Scorecard result, the newsletter, the booking confirmation), to follow up on enquiries, and to improve the work we do for clients. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as it is relevant to our relationship, and we remove it on request. Email us at troy@ascendea.co if you want your data removed.

Cookies

We use a minimal set of first-party cookies to make the site work (for example, to remember that you completed the Scorecard so you don't have to re-take it). We do not use third-party advertising pixels at launch. If that ever changes, this page will say so first.
