Use of the site
You're welcome to read, share, and reference the public content. The copy, the design system, the Ascend methodology, and the visual brand belong to Ascendea. Don't republish, resell, or pass it off as your own.
The Scorecard
The Ascendea Scorecard is a diagnostic. It's not financial, legal, or operational advice. It gives a useful first read on a business, and it tells you (and us) whether a deeper conversation makes sense.
Engagement terms
Engagement terms (the consultancy engagement, workshops, and the Academy) are set in their own signed agreements. Nothing on this site forms a contract by itself.
Liability
We give the site and its public content "as is." We're careful with what we publish, and we still can't guarantee outcomes from anything a reader does with it. For commercial outcomes, the engagement contract sets the standard.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
