Workshop · The Systems Code
Build the operations that don't need you.
Two days to map your core processes and build a systems plan. For owners who can't take a week off without the business feeling it.
Two days from now
What you'll walk away with.
A written Systems Code plan for your business, built in the room, not a folder of theory. You'll know the specific moves your business needs, in what order, and you'll have worked them through with Troy and a room of owners at the same stage.
Who it's for
For owners who can't take a week off without the business feeling it.
The shape
What a workshop actually is.
-
Two full days
In person in Sydney, or a virtual cohort.
-
Eight to twelve owners
Small enough that the room works on your business.
-
A primer first
The Source Code Primer, before the room.
-
You leave with a plan
Not notes. A written plan for the Code you came to work on.
What's included
$3,000 a seat. Including GST.
The two days. A workbook built for the Systems Code. The Source Code Primer beforehand. A thirty-day group thread after the workshop, so the room stays useful while you put the plan to work. And a follow-up session to check what's moved.
Before the workshop
The Source Code Primer.
Before the workshop, you complete the Source Code Primer, a short piece of pre-work. It gets the strategy and business-model basics clear, and it means day one starts on your real business instead of a cold introduction. Everyone in the room does it. It's why the workshops move fast.
Fairness
Refund and reschedule.
Life and business move. If you need to move to a later cohort, you can, up to two weeks before. If the workshop isn't right for you, tell us within the first day and we'll refund the seat.
